Academics

Athletics
The foundation for any program at Calvary Christian Schools must be God’s Word. Biblical principles need to be reflected throughout all programs, particularly in athletics. Participation in athletics is a privilege that is extended to every student who is eligible under regulations set forth by the Michigan High School Athletic Association and guidelines set forth in the Calvary Christian Schools Athletic Handbook. A CCS athlete is a representative of the Lord Jesus Christ, the community, the school, and the team.
The Arts
The CCS music, theater, and visual arts programs have all been recognized at local, state and national levels, and the tradition of excellence continues to this day. Music and visual art instruction are integral parts of the elementary curriculum beginning in kindergarten. Theater opportunities also begin in elementary school and continue through the 12th grade.
Spiritual Formation
Rooted in faith, our nurturing environment fosters a deep connection with God, guiding students from preschool through 12th grade in understanding and pursuing His purpose for their lives.
